The scale of the opportunity at Kings Hill has enabled the deployment of a full property and asset management service platform, which is both highly responsive and cost effective from an occupational perspective. This platform has been instrumental in both attracting and retaining tenants.

Estate management is undertaken on a not for profit basis.

Property management is provided by a dedicated, site based team offering planned preventative maintenance, rapid response and a 24 hour help desk.

Facilities management is offered from a “shopping list” of services from which tenants may tailor a package to suit their needs. Two thirds of tenants have contracted with Liberty for this service.

Liberty Property Trust UK's head office is situated at Kings Hill. Tenants are reassured that their landlord/asset manager is site based and accessible, with a proactive policy of welcoming feedback.
